What your patient receives
A comprehensive 60 to 90 minute evaluation followed by evidence-based treatment, all one on one with me. This is a mixed orthopedic practice, head to toe, with a special interest in female athletes and women’s health.
Treatment includes manual therapy, vertebral and neural mobilization, myofascial and trigger point release, Gunn IMS intramuscular needling, postural and core stabilization, and home exercise programs. Custom-made orthotics, cast from the patient’s own feet, have been part of my practice since 2003.

Questions
Good to know.
Do patients need a referral?
No. Montana allows direct access to physical therapy. Some insurance plans require a physician referral for reimbursement, and referrals are always welcome.
Do you treat vestibular conditions?
I do not offer vestibular rehabilitation at Blue Mountain, but I will offer a referral to another clinic that is experienced in this treatment.
Do you see patients by telehealth?
Yes. I see patients in the clinic in Bigfork and by secure video.
