Blue MountainPhysical Therapy & Orthotics

Care for women, through every season of life.

Alongside a mixed orthopedic practice, I have a special interest in women: before and after labor, through menopause, and in the athletes who train hard at every age.

01

Before and after labor

Pregnancy changes how the body carries load, and many women feel it in the low back, hips and sacroiliac joints, not to mention incontinence. After birth, getting back to lifting, walking and exercise goes better with a plan than with guesswork. I treat the aches and build the strength for the work of a new season.

02

Through menopause

Menopause is a time when joints can ache and strength and bone health matter more than ever. Hands-on care eases what hurts, and a progressive strength program helps keep you doing what you love.

03

Nutrition, alongside movement

I offer nutritional counseling alongside your exercise plan, for women working toward a healthier weight and more energy for the life they want.

04

Female athletes

I started in sports physical therapy. Women who ski or board, run, hike, bike, ride, swim and compete get a plan built around how they train, with orthotics when their feet are part of the story.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need a referral?

No. Montana allows direct access to physical therapy. It is always wise to check whether your specific insurance requires a physician referral for reimbursement.

Can I come in while pregnant?

Yes. Back, hip and sacroiliac pain in pregnancy are common reasons women come to see me. I will ask about your pregnancy and adapt everything to it.

Can I be seen by telehealth?

Yes. Many follow-up visits, exercise check-ins and nutrition conversations work well by secure video.
